Our refund and cancellation policy applies differently depending on whether the purchase relates to accommodation services or furniture products.

Luxury Caravan Accommodation – Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Guest

Guests may cancel their reservation according to the following conditions:

Free cancellation up to [X days] before arrival

Cancellations made after this period may be subject to partial or full charges

No-Show

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and the payment may not be refunded.

Cancellation by Us

In rare circumstances where we must cancel a booking (for example due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances), the guest will receive a full refund.

Furniture Sales – Returns and Refunds

Returns

Customers may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that:

The product is unused

The product is in its original condition and packaging

This policy follows consumer protection rules within the European Union.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
